I truly appreciate the customer service and hard work that the Dorschel Collision team provided. My vehicle was completed in a very timely manner and the work was thorough. Not only were the necessary repairs done, but they went as far as to clean my car! It looked nearly new and I drove away a very happy customer. Highly, highly recommend.

I was happy with the quality of the work..however I found the customer service to be lacking. When I picked up my car the attendant was not very engaging. I waited, awkwardly, while he processed my paperwork and payment with minimal conversation. Just feel like customer skills could be improved. Also, it would have been nice if my car was vacuumed after all the work done and mechanics in an out, ect..just little extra touches like that, which show appreciation for my business, would have been nice. Maybe that is done for regular customers and not insurance claims.

Part of the repair was my rear left lailight was cracked so they replaced it. Apparently it wasn't hooked up right because the brake light was out. Luckily someone told me on the road last night as I was driving home from a party before I had a chance to get pulled over. But unfortunately, I had had a couple drinks and while I thought I was fine, I got super nervous about getting pulled over and run through the ringer because I had had a couple drinks (since a light issue is how a huge percentage of drinking related traffic stops start), so I had to pull into the nearest parking lot and sleep for a couple hours in the car just to make sure I wasn't risking a major issue. I am leaving on a road trip on Wednesday and need this sorted out ASAP before then.
