There was some confusion @ time of pick up regarding my Deductible. I advised the body shop a fee times that I had Broadens collision & wasn't @ fault nor responsible but the clerk insisted that I had to pay. I was frazzled & upset. I offered to call my Farmer's Agent to confirm this info. The Mgr had someone to try to look up in the system what I was saying was correct. And finally it was discovered that I was correct & telling truth. My veh was then released to me. Other than this treatment @ end, I was very pleased w/treatment & handling.
