Great service from the minute I walked in. Had a car service to bring me home and pick me up. Super friendly driver. Mike Hagel is a very nice gentleman and always kept me in the loop. Hope I don’t have to go back (meaning I hope someone doesn’t damage my car again) but if I do, Gale’s is my choice. I believe my car looks better now than when I purchased it.

My comment, which I don't need a call on, is that I requested text updates but got e-mail updates, which was fine. But the e-mail updates were different from the 2 phones call I got, so I was a little confused on when my car was going to be done. The emails were saying Monday at 6 and the phone call said Friday, but you get emails after the call that say Monday. If you are going to send out e-mail updates I would hope that they would be more accurate.
