Seems all good- cleaning up the car upon pickup was a bonus. The texts are nice, maybe a little too frequent - just major updates would be fine, but it does provide a nice level of awareness similar to package tracking. Impressive for a body shop to be leveraging tech this way...the turnaround time on the job was excellent.
