The owner is extremely unprofessional. Work was not completed in a timely fashion. They did not complete all the work I requested.Overall poor communicate in the office. I was not notified in a timely fashion when my car was ready. I was extremely dissatisfied with the service and plan not to use Sam's again. I would not recommended Sam's to anyone.

Overall, I was very happy with my experience at Sam's Auto Body. They were recommended to me by my insurance company, and that was a big plus--as the insurance company would guarantee Sam's work. The personal were on-the-****, courteous and informative--and very helpful. Big kudos to Jeff Voss and Chelsea for their help and insight. They were kind enough to provide me with a loaner vehicle while my car was being repaired. The body work done to my auto was outstanding--They obviously take pride in their work and it shows. The repairs were fine. It was just when more damage was found no one let me know until I called. A week later. It went from a 3 day fix to a 15 day fix. It was explained- insurance contacted etc but I was notified. My previous experience at the Route 31 shop didn't have this issue
