I had a good experience with Sams! They fixed my car in a timely manner and I like the text alerts. My one qualm is that after the estimate, they said they'd call me to schedule the repair. I didn't hear anything for two weeks, so I decided to call them.

Although I am completely satisfied with the quality of the repairs, I was not contacted in a timely manner after the initial assessment of damage. I had no contact from Sam's telling me when to bring the car in for the initial repair. After several weeks (**** month), I visited the service center to get a date.

2 minor things.. The speaker on the driver side is not working for some reason and the other issue I will have to show to you. Minor corner sticking out from where the bumper meets the rear quarter panel. It's Sunday, and I'm leaving out of town for 2 weeks.. I'll stop by when I return.
