Brought the vehicle in on Monday July 6, at 8:40 am
At that time I was told the car would be ready Tuesday, July 7, before closing time
Called and was told the car would not yet be ready now until Thursday before closing time because they " had received a damaged part from Nissan"

I was told my car would be done on Friday or Saturday when I took it in. I called the following Monday only to be told it would be another week due to it needed some extra parts. I would have expected a phone call at least to tell me that my car was not going to be done on time. The car looks great and I am satisfied with the workmanship but a phone call would have been nice.

As I was pulling out of your parking lot, I noted the left front turn signal had not been repaired - even after having specifically mentioning it on three separate occasions. I will now have to bring the car back in to have it fixed.
