The repair was good, however, when I picked the car up the batteries were not charged. The car was simply parked in the lot. Having my Volt for Three days would have earned a recharge at the charging station/shop. I was notified the car was finished approx 10am and I replied I'd pick up at approx 4pm. It could have gotten a maybe a partial charge. Gary

When we came to pick up our vehicle, the driver's side door did not shut. Once it did finally shut, it could not be opened from the inside. I had to exit the vehicle from the passenger side and open the door from the outside. We hadnt left the lot yet so turned around and returned to the collision office. The representative who came to look at it repeatedly asked, "Did we look at the door?" He finally decided that they must have done something with the door at which point our car was taken back and we had to get a rental again. We had relinquished our rental car already and so waited for one to be delivered. We had a Chrysler Pacifica van, it was replaced with a Toyota Corolla. Not enjoying it much!

Two things. First, I'm still trying to decide if the hood alignment being off slightly is going to bother me or not. It's not bad, and 95% of people would never notice. I think other than the hood not having quite the right bend to align with the front of the car, your people did stellar work!
Second is just a suggestion that your texting system be updated to send a max of one update per day.

I've had many compliments while using the vehicle. personally, the newer shape took time to find as appealing to the eye. I assume the shape was designed for a purpose, but am unsure how much of a difference there is compared to wind conditions. Besides the wind, I'd say if anything it drives too smooth! I caught myself taking foot off the peddle to adjust speed, due to not recognizing my speed when driving so smooth over longer distances. The dashboard format was easy to view and the reminders to keep your eyes on the road came up twice (not sure why) but they were reminders I don't have in my current chevy Cruze. I also liked learning that certain options weren't available when the car is in motion. I've taken away many things from the chevy experience- that my own vehicle allows me to do (with not having those new systems) which leads me to believe the newer Cruze is safer than my own and maybe worth reconsidering

I was thoroughly satisfied by all communications with staff, timely updates and the customer service I received throughout the process. Driving the truck off the lot I was notified by the tire pressure monitoring system my passenger rear was 20# underinflated. Having had a flat before on that truck, I do realize occasionally that system apparently requires time to adjust/recalibrate to changes. Since I was due to be at work nearby & the tire was holding air (not getting worse) as I drove I didn't return to your establishment to call attention to this immediately. Added air on the way home & that issue seems resolved for the meantime. Not sure it's anyone's fault or even a big deal...but I can't say I was thoroughly impressed when 12,000 changed hands to return my truck to me & I was greeted by being warned of immediate action needed to correct a low tire.
