Overall I thought it was a good experience but one thing I was expecting was to have someone do a "walk through" with me to show me the repairs that were made. Even though I had the print out of what was done, it would have been nice to have someone show me what was done.

Marc **** Collision Center was extremely easy to work with! They were very accommodating to my crazy health care schedule. Chris did a great job of keeping me in the loop on the timeline even with extensions. I appreciated the check-ins since my car is a lot like my child. I was nervous about the paint color and it looks perfect! The repairs were all top notch. I returned the next day with some questions about the seatbelt & steering wheel and the employees helped me right away and even offered to wipe down the inside of the car where the tow truck driver had dirtied it up. They were able to perform the repairs in a timely and affordable manner. I, as a college student, also greatly appreciated their effort to save the nearly full gas tank & placed all of my personal belongings that I forgot in the caos of the wreck in a bag in the back seat. So far I am very pleased with the experience and would highly reccomend them to others in the future!
