Precision was the best part of the whole accident nightmare. Keri(thank you so much!) as well as the ladies up front kept in touch with me throughout the whole repair as well as helping deal with Hertz (which was a pain totally!)As far as I can tell so far the work to repair my car looks as good as I could have hoped for! Overall a great experience for a ridiculous ordeal! Thank you to the whole team at Precision Body Works!

The agent for my initial appointment was late and I was left waiting. I was 10 minutes early to be sure I was on time. I was told he was “still at lunch”. My appointment was for ****:30. He showed up at ****:40.
I received an email saying my car would be ready at 4:00 pm on 10/25. If there were any delays I would receive a phone call. So, when I showed up on 10/31 to pick up the car I expected it to be ready, but the receptionist could not find the paperwork in the “ready” bin. When my car was found I waited another 20 minutes for it to be finished. Then AFTER I picked up my car an email was sent saying the completion dated was being changed to 10/30 at 4:00 pm. ?????

Derrell was great as far as being professional, doing a thorough inspection and contacting me with updates.
The final completion was a frustrating mess due to communication between the last parts order and pick up! I was told the car would be done Tues-Wed and received it on Friday. I was told the car would be detailed, which I bought meant cleaned inside and out, while the outside was clean and looked great, th inside had not been touched!

The service was excellent! I was kept informed throughout the entire process. Carey was amazing and very professional! She acted as an advocate, for me, in my absence when facing the claim adjustor. My repairs were impeccable and my car looks great! This is the second time I have trusted Precision with my car repairs. I had a good experience the first time but an even better one the second time around and I was more satisfied with the finished product the second time. The only thing I disliked was having to wait several days for an estimate. I presume that is because they are extremely busy which is a good problem to have for Precision. I will definitely go back if I need repairs in the future! When others says no, Precision says yes! Well done!
