When I picked up my truck I noticed my bug sheild was broken and had been taped back together when I call to find out what happened christy said she would find out when she called back she said the shop manager said it was broke when it came in and they have pics to prove it and I still have not heard back from your comp and this issue is not over.

I've got a large crack in the windshield on the passenger side. I didn't notice it in the rain when I picked up the car.
