After driving my car less than a mile, an emergency message came on saying there was a suspension failure & I needed to take my car to the nearest BMW service shop. Needless to say, I am less than pleased with my experience with Precision. It does not seem as if you did a final quality check. I was expecting to have my car back for more than five minutes. I certainly hope that this is not an indication of what is to come because at this point I have to say I am not very confident in the job that was done.

What a great experience during a not so great event (car body repair)! The staff was fantastic, friendly, and attentive.
