I was very impressed and satisfied with all of my interactions with Precision. I had great customer service from everyone I worked with, especially Crystal. I absolutely loved the email update feature. It was great to be informed about when my care as going to be finished. Also, it was great that a finish date was set in the beginning and then the car was actually finished by that date, with no delays. I will definitely go to precision again!

I had asked that the crap inside my vehicle not be put into bags and out on the back of my vehicle, like you did a couple of years ago, and that was done. I didn't need the interior cleaned if that would be the result. I haven't had the work inspected by a second party yet to make sure it is right. I really cannot judge that.
