Very friendly and competent staff kept me well informed of progress. I was happy with the service. Car looks good but on driving away I found that the window in the repaired door does not open and close correctly. I am going back for review today. Ask me again later!

I was 99% satisfied with my experience. Kevin Conners was great and made my experience with having my car repaired seamless.
The only portion of my experience where I was unsatisfied was my interaction with the receptionist in the body shop (not the main office). She was exceptionally abbrasive and had a "you are disrupting my day" attitude. I interacted with her approximately 3 times and her attitude was consistent on each occasion.
