Was told both batteries in my truck needed to be replaced. I showed up with 2 new batteries only to find the truck started up just fine. Not to mention I found the truck parked outside, unlocked with the windows down. Got a call to say while truck sat in shop, rear brake line mysteriously blew. “Mechanic” on duty said he could not repair. I had to drive up again and fix it myself so I could drive it home. While I was repairing the brake line, I observed one the the “technicians” back a Jeep out of the bay at such a speed that the tires squeeled and threw gravel in the air. 2 trips to the shop, a missed day of work. I will tell everyone I know to stay far away from this joke of a body shop. Total disrespect for customers property and completely unprofessional.

Your man Jim is great to work with. He communicated well with me and assisted me every step of the way. While your repair crew did a great job, there is only one small detail over-looked. They say its all about the presentation. If I am to be a nit-picker, I would complain that the car should have had all the buffing compound rinsed off. It detracted from an otherwise terrific job.
