I had recently had another vehicle that went to a local collision center and found myself calling them after not hearing from them at all only to find they had someone else's name and number on my keys for my car. even after they corrected, I still had to call them, they only called me one time without being promoted.
Thank you Collision Center of Tulsa for keeping me in the loop the entire way through. I never had to initiate a call. My car is only 6 weeks old and I was was devastated over the damage I had to my car. Thank you for making it look new again, like nothing happened and getting it back to me fast. I want the warped left fender taken off the car and replaced with a Genuine GM Part and the forward edge of the door fixed where the paint was damaged by rubbing on the fender. I want the new paint to be feathered back on the doors and for the hood to be painted in such a way that it looks more like the new paint on the fenders. The left fog light is out of place and my steering (though quite smooth) repaired to much less resistance (its still very heavy)
