My car looks beautiful! I am so happy with the work performed on my car! I was continuously kept up to date on the status of completion of the repairs and when I picked up my car it was super clean! I can't thank The Collision Center of Tulsa enough for the quality and care taken with my vehicle.

Marc was fantastic. He went above and beyond to help me with two cars that had an unfortunate run in with a pole in a parking garage. One car just needed a piece snapped back on and he just fixed it himself in about 15 minutes and did not even charge me for it. The other car was ready in the promised time frame and after calling me to tell me it was ready, Marc called me back an hour or so later to say he was not real happy with how something turned out so he was ordering a new part and was going to have it re-done. I picked it up and it looks great!! I was pleasantly surprised to see that it was washed and all clean too. Thanks so much for a job well done. I will recommend to anyone needing this type of service.

The body work looks great and Mark was very nice all along the way. However the air bag light on the dash was not fixed although Mark explained they did. It think it was the result of the accident. He also said they would take care of resolving this issue which I appreciate. The problem is this requires an additional visit and not sure how long it will take to resolve it so I may have to either wait for a long time or leave the car which involves the problem of another car.
When he called to tell me that the car was ready, I assumed that meant completely ready.
