The work they did was great, except they missed a big gash to the metal on the back right quarter panel. When I mentioned why that wasn't fixed also to the girl helping me, she didn't reply, just handed me my paperwork and I left. Zero customer service help or concern for my concern. She should have said "let's go back in and check on that" before she just acted like I was a pain. I got text, **** call, during the entire 22 days. When I did call back she wasn't available. Honestly, it was unsettling for me and as if she didn't like her job or me as a customer. I was nothing but polite to her and just rolled with the punches on waiting for the car. Still would like that scratch fixed at your expense.

The hubcap is still damaged and not repaired. I believe it was damaged when I brought it in. The woman on the phone was rude when I called to question it. She said it was my problem and the insurance company’s faulty…because they didn’t list it with the damage. You’re the only ones who looked at the damage, not the insurance company. I asked her to check your photos that you surely took to see if it was like that when I brought it in and she once again told me it was my problem not yours.
