Only complaint would be on the 24th, I received a text saying repair would be finished on 26th and less than 3 hrs later received text that it was done, but it only gave me 10 mins til office closes sed so had to pay additional day of rental incidentals.

There was poor communication. Was told car was ready and when came to get car there was still damage to the hood that was not repaired. Therefore the car had to stay another 2 days for the hood to be repaired. Effective communication should be a priority.
