There is a long scratch at the bottom of my car that was NOT there before (it was NOT circled in red at drop off!) I am highly disappointed, but after having my car in the shop for almost a month I'm not sure if it's worth the hassle of another repair.

Your car service was great but i was unhappy with the rental car sevice the car they gave me was dirty on the inside and outside and the tank was not completely on full i was very unhappy with the Gabby i told her the car was dirty and she said it wasn't true like i just made it up til i had to show her i suggest next time tell her to completely check the car out before she rent it out to someone i know she would not wanted a dirty car and car that was not on a completely fuel tank this would make me think twice before pixking up a car from bill knight
