You chose to first attempt a repair with used parts only to find they weren't usable. Only then did you decide to go new-oem which added to the turn-around time. This caused me to miss my annual Rallycross Nationals Meet in my car. I had to make all the calls to your employees to try to find out why deadlines were missed and what the new deadlines were. Finally, while I understand that certain estimators work certain insurance companies, that should not mean I am treated with rudeness or hostility from another employee when I, in attempts to speak with someone-no, anyone- about my car, happen to call someone aside from Aaron Jenkins. If phones were answered there, or if you were proactive with information, this wouldn't be an issue.

The repairs were not completed. My sunroof has air coming through it. Still scratches. My pinstripe was not replaced like in estimate...do I really need to go on?.
Bottom line I will not ever recommend your company....
