All the service and body shop employees have been pleasant and efficient.
Chad however went above and beyond any expectations. He was so kind and had me in and out so fast. Even so, he was very knowledgeable and detailed. I’m a single mom with my two kids so getting us in and out was very appreciated. My friends said they had the same efficient experience. I trust whatever he recommends on my car. Northcutt is lucky to have him.

Although the repair took more time than estimated (4 days vs. 2.5-3), we had budgeted for that possibility. Additionally, the front bumper appeared repaired instead of replaced. It looks fine but I am concerned about its durability. With the lifetime warranty, however, I am confident Northcutt will make it right should we ever have any problems with it.

Updates were slow coming at first.
I needed car in service for lit engine light as soon as body work was completed because I expected my car completely finished Fri. night,not Mon. Noon. However, car does look great and service repair was completed!!
