The repair of my Mitsubishi was perfect. The repair to the damage looked incredible. All of the employees I spoke to were incredibly friendly and helpful. My disappointment was with the time I waited for the car to be ready and the final cleanliness of the car. I waited an hour and a half for it to be ready (after being told it was done) and and then I noticed the interior was covered in dust. My rep was willing to stay after hours to give it a quick wipe down of the hard services which impressed me and made sure to replace my hug cap. The soft interior still had dust and I was told it would be vacuumed out when I brought it back for the hug cap. It was not and was told it couldn’t be done since they were short staffed and to bring my car back up there another time. I am a solo entrepreneur and I have a toddler at home. Every time I have to run an errand, I have to find someone to watch my son. So breaking away from work and having to find childcare to bring my car back in again is not an easy task. I wish that they had ****- kept my car an extra day and I drive the rental car just so all of the dust could be taken care of and 2- not completely ignore the interior because of the dog hair in the back seat (was told that they attempted to vacuum it the vacuum wasn’t strong enough to clean it). I have since used my small household vacuum cleaner to take car of both the dust and hair. I didn’t expect my car to be detailed and all the dog hair removed but at least touched up since it was dusty.

Was the worst experience I have ever had

Everything was great during the repair and initially after receiving my car back. January 21st, on my way home from work, the issue of my car shutting off while driving, which was one of the problems mentioned after the accident which was why I initially brought my car to Carstar, happened 3 times within the matter of 30 minutes. I am waiting to hear back on a possible resolution.
