The car looks fantastic!! Great job!! The only complaints I have is that I wish I had been told that personal checks weren’t allowed! When I showed up to pick it up I was told then and luckily I had a credit card on me! Also I wish a member of the repair team had come out to look at the car with me and explain what they did and what I should look for etc. it felt odd just showing up and getting my car without any interaction or discussion with a repair person. Otherwise it was a good experience

The length of time for the repair was longer than expected. The repair was completed with an imperfection in the painted area. A black speck was found and reported to the shop prior to leaving the facility. Now I need to go back and schedule an appointment to have the imperfection in the painted area fixed a month from now. I responded to one of the automated text messages today to have an appointment made for a month from now and received no reply.
