The staff was very nice and the work was good - the car came out very nice, and I was treated very well. I had an issue with a delay on my repair, because of lack of an exchange of information between the insurance company and the repair shop, which had the vehicle sitting stagnant in the garage for a couple days before it could be worked on. That being said, I did have a rental car provided by Carubba, which most repair shops will not offer. Overall, a good experience.
