I noted that the right rear fender had not been buffed out as stated by Mr. Ben Bumpus at the time of the estimate. The car was taken back to have the fender buffed. Upon looking at the fender that had been buffed I noted many scratches in two different areas that had not been there prior to the service. I pointed the discrepancy out last night and feel confident that the fender will be taken care of as with with all of the quality craftsmanship and service that I have received at Bumpus Autobody before.

The right side mirror was replaced before the actual repair date. Ben said to bring it in and they would paint it. The mirror piece did not completely attach to the body of the mirror. The forward right hand quarter panel was replaced. The body line at the top aft edge where the panel meets the window doesn't look right. The gap is too big. We couldn't see these issues because it was pouring rain outside when we came to get the car. We would like these fixed right. Thank you.
