I was surprised when picking it up that they didn't walk me to the car and inspect it with me. I had also spoke to Ben about a touch up spot on the other side of the car and he said he would take care of it which didn't happen.

Bumpus always does a GREAT job!! I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else. It's so convenient to be able to get a rental car and be able to return it at Bumpus. It couldn't be any easier or more convenient. You also always do a great job repairing my vehicles. Everyone is also very polite and courteous. You also work with my insurance company. I never have to do anything except drop off my car, and pick it up again when it's completed. I always tell everyone about my excellent experiences at Bumpus!
