When I first received my 4 Runner back the lift gate rubbed and made noises every time I opened it. Also the hitch **** bolt was completely loose and the hitch was crooked and also there was black scratches/ scuff marks all over the lift gate. So the following morning, I brought my vehicle back and things were fixed and had it back by the end of the day. But still on the passenger side the bumper cover doesn't line up with the quarter panel. It is only off a slight bit, but my wife was able to notice it over the weekend. The insurance company pushed us to use Everett Collison Center, but I feel that I should have gone with my gut and used Fayetteville Auto Park like I had originally planned.

This is the second time in a year I have had work done here. I don't necessarily have any issues with the quality of work. The issue I have is that I have work papers stacked on the back seat. This time they were just pushed onto the floor board last time the were talen and just jammed into the trunk. I took a picture this time but the trunk time was worse. Just consider it disrespectful or unprofessional.
