My husband picked up our car today 6-21-18. He looked over the area that had been previously damaged and questioned a few things but was overall satified with how it looked. He went back to work and it was raining so he went to get the umbrella out of the back. The hatch would barely raise and wouldn't stay up on it's own so he took it back. Bill was extremely rude to him and first tried to act like nothing was wrong. My husband had to point out that the hatch wouldn't stay up on it's own. He basically told him that our car came in that way that the hydrollics on the hatch had been leaking for a while he could tell by looking at it. My hatch was fully fuctional when we dropped it off. He told my husband that they couldnt fix the hatch because it wasnt written in the claim. Again, my hatch was fully functional when we dropped it off. Very unsatisfied with the work and the attitude of the employees!
