I'm sure the crew was backed up but I would have liked more information when I dropped off my car. It took four days just to get an estimate! That was the most frustrating part.

The work done was satisfactory. I had one headlight replaced and would have appreciated it if both had been replaced. One. Is totally discolored compared to the new one. I also didnt recieved a text telling me that the completion would be delayed until less then half an hour before it was to be completed.
