Car was in shop for over 4 weeks. Repairs were not started until last few days. Job actually took 3-4 days to complete. Ridiculous delays and nobody seemed to know what anyone else was doing. I would say it was a pleasant experience when dealing with 40 hwy shop the last week.

Well for one I"be been a letter carrier for 23 years I encounter a lot of people. The receptionist was more than rude and you need to let people know that when the repair tag has a Womens name on it you should talk to her and not over look her and talk only to her husband !
