It took 2 weeks to complete instead of the estimated **** week. I'm grateful that the person who hit me had good insurance. I sure wouldn't have paid ****,600 to fix a dented bumper. But it looks good as new and the staff was pleasant. And I really appreciated the updates via text messaging.

We had already had the bumper repair estimated. We tried to have them order the bumper in advance before we brought the truck in. They insisted that we bring the car in before the bumper arrived. We brought the truck in. Bumper was shipped/arrived damaged. Had to pick back up the truck which was marked up for other dings. They ordered a new one and were supposed to call Monday to let us know it was in and not damaged. No call. We drove the truck around for 4-5 days with pink circles all over it. Finally on Wednesday we call and they say oh yeah it’s in and they want us to bring in on Thursday. We requested to do on Wednesday as was discussed. Just overall not great service. Probably won’t come back again.

The manufacturer was too slow in getting parts to fix my radio. While driving to church this morn, I discovered that the blue tooth part of my radio system is full of static and automatically drops call.

Concierge service wasn’t what I was expecting, when I was on Geico.com I for sure thought this place had some type of shuttle service or something with 4 wheels to take me home and pick me up when my car was ready. Dropped off my car and they didn’t have a way of taking me home. To pick up my car, they didn’t have a way to pick me up from home. I brought my car in for service, I’m car less, it was a struggle trying to find a ride there and back. Really disappointed in that part since their website says “Need a ride when dropping off or picking up your car? Just ask!” “We don’t really have a shuttle service...” Ok well then, let me Uber and spend $15 when I could’ve gotten concierge service. BUT other than that the repair on my bumper was fast and they did a great job. I can’t even tell there was damage from the first place. The updates are super awesome! Quannah and BJ thanks for everything !! Would recommend to friends but would also tell them you need to find your own way there and back.
