Our only complaint would be the 10 day estimate for what turned out to be a 5 day repair. I assume you did it to avoid any problems with parts delivery. Thankfully it turned out not to be a problem for us but we found it quite irritating. Since we were offered only a yes/no question we could not give you a correct feedback score.
