Everyone at the Nichols-Sawmill center were fabulous to work with. Chris went above and beyond to keep me informed about the progress of the repairs on my car. He also called my insurance company on a couple of occasions to make sure that everything was progressing on their end in regards to the supplemental repairs and the extension of my car rental. Excellent service! And Sherry was sweet and helpful at all times. They both helped make a stressful time following my accident easier to navigate. From estimate to finished repairs, Hodges kept me informed. The entire staff was friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
Nobody "wants" to have an accident but if ANY of our vehicles ever need collision repairs again, Hodges will be where we go.
