My car was totaled. The guys got the car broke down for insurance quickly so I could make my decisions. A+

It took a very long time. When I got my car back- it was only partially vacuumed. It has French fries under the seats still. Also- the door lock on my passenger rear door is missing.

Well out car wasn’t completed properly and I’ve yet to have someone call me to schedule a time or date when we can get it resolved the back rear panel isn’t painted correctly also the back left top rear corner by the glass you can see bondo where the corner was reinstalled. My personal contact #****-****-xxxx. Please let’s get this issue resolved. Also I called to speak with whoever but got no answer so-the insurance company who paid for our ordeal needed the payment for the rental a day earlier then they the day we received the car due to you guys telling us for over a week it would be done the next day Travelers agents spoke with you guys and y’all were going to take care of one of the days the rental was out for this reason. Let’s be clear y’all called me at 2:30 and asked me to be there by 5 but this happened 3 days in row so I couldn’t leave work again I had to Waite till the next day. That one day with enterprise should be on y’all. I’ve yet to hear anything back from you guys on this. Travelers spent close to 13k on all this it’s not to unreasonable in my view being as is the car want done properly and if i would t have been there to see the work my wife wouldn’t have had a clue. I don’t mean to sound rude we just wanna handle this issue or I do especially so I can get the misses off my back about this. I’ve heard a number of great things about you guys but unfortunately our experience just hasn’t been great this go around.

Professional Paint & Body gives excellent service and the work was great. My brother-in-law looked it over and couldn't find anything to complain about (and he loves to complain!!!). I would recommend them to anyone (and I do recommend them).

I only had a simple repair, which took just a day, but I was very satisfied with the service I received. The part did take a few weeks to come in, however, Professional Paint and Body scheduled me in as soon as the part came in. Thank you again!

I really appreciate the fact that you worked on my car right away. Even though it was a small thing to fix, the fact you didn’t make me leave my car was a HUGE thing for me. And I as very pleased with the time I waited. Thank you for the great work. I will definitely come back to you if I need to.

Professional paint and body had great communication throughout this process and they were very knowledgeable about insurance companies. They gave me great advice on how to deal with the company I was working with. I especially found Amy very helpful. She was the one who pushed me to ask for more on my car from the insurance and it worked out! I really felt like the team cared about me, and I appreciate that!
