I was just surprised for the 2nd time how ling the repairs took. Last time when I had my van done, the wrong part was sent 2x and the 3 say repair took about 2 weeks. This time the 2 day repair took 10 days and made leaving town stressful. I am always happy with Superior, I just dont want this to be a new pattern!
