I was very pleased with Chris and his staff taking care of me hours after having an automobile accident. I went to a business that was referred by my insurance company and they told me they could not even get to keep for a consultation for two weeks. I left there upset,especially knowing I had a pre-planned spring break vacation with family to Florida within the next week. Chris waso able to look over my car and get me a rental reservation within the hour. This was a huge burden lifted immediately. They keep me updated on my car and told me I can call any time I wanted to check on my car. I am grateful for their excellent customer service.

If you know that the vehicle will be ready earlier it would be nice to let the customer know so they could make arrangements. My car was scheduled to be ready on Tuesday at 4pm. I called Monday around 1pm just to see the progress. I was told it was going to be ready Monday at 4. I had to make arrangements because my wife had the car and she was working late. I had to leave my job to pick the rental car up and return it Monday evening so I would not be charged for the extra time
