Everyone that I talked to was very nice and helpful. But my 3 day repair took 15 days and when I left my car is pulling to the right and definitely needs a realignment and some of the scratches are still there.

I was assured my car would be ready by Wednesday of this week, and certainly no later than Thursday. As it turned out it wasn't ready until Friday, and I had to drive up to your shop at 4:30 during rush hour. Moreover, you failed to communicate when the car would be ready and I had to call you to determine when to get it.

I don't believe the color on the new bumper matches the rest of the car. She explained that it was because the piece is plastic vs. metal. It's close, but it's noticeable to me. Sorry, have to be honest.
