Car took 5 days longer than I was told, no one looked over the car with me and no one looked over the returning rental car.

The service was completed within 3 days, which was fantastic!! They also vacuumed my car, which is little, but I've been so bus & my floors were lacking attention.

When I got my car back it was more dirty than I gave it to you. The car was only a month old and virtually SPOTLESS, and was covered in white dust and smudges from front to back when it was given back to me. I actually had to call to attention sticky gunk that was all down the side of my car that had to be removed. After bringing all of this to your attention it was "cleaned again" and brought back. It was still not done properly and I will end up having to pay to have it detailed. On top of my dirty car, I was notified on 4/7 that my car was finished and ready for pick up. I didn't come to get it until today 4/10, upon arrival I waited almost an hour to have my car cleaned and brought to me. If my car was ready then I am not sure why it wasn't ACTUALLY READY. I arrived at 4:15pm and didn't end up leaving your store until 5:26, which is completely unacceptable, considering I had to arrange to have my children looked after for a longer period of time than originally anticipated, which ended up costing me more money in the end. I would not recommend this location to anyone looking to get work done for these purposes, it was completely frustrating after an already horrible day at work. The only positive things I have to say is that your staff was courtious and helpful, and that I did appreciate having a text update on the status of my car being fixed.

I dropped off my car in the morning. They repaired my front bumper in just a few hours, and I was able to pick up my car in the afternoon. All on the same day! Totally exceeded my expectations. Plus having my auto insurance claims adjuster meet me at the body shop, as well as the rental car representative, made is as easy and convenient as possible. Thank you!
