Juliette and Mike were absolutely professional and accommodating.
Mike was very easy and comfortable to deal with. Mike was very knowledgeable and transparent on how much work and time was needed and when I came to pick up the Vehicle explained all work done thoroughly.

My vehicle was returned to me with an error message for the wireless key. Talked to Service King about the message and I was told I would need to change my battery on my key fob. This advise was given to me and I was sent on my way. Had to directly deliver my car to the dealership after receiving my vehicle from Service King. Was informed from the Dealership that the sensor for the key was broken when the repairs were being done. Service King made me believe my car was fixed, but that was not correct. Service King fixed one problem and created another problem. I thought I could except a better service from Service King, but I was mistaken. I am not satisfied with my service and don’t feel I should give all 5 stars, as was asked by the agent at Service King.

Communication was terrible. They had my appointment scheduled at the wrong location and day from what they verbally told us. I had to call to find out updates on the status of our vehicle. As for the quality of repairs there where to areas that seem that should have been replaced that wasn't replaced.

The crown on the fender well where repair was done is rounded off instead of a crease obviously from the bondo job also looks like they buffed most off the car out which is fine but on the drivers side bottom door jam there is paint missing from being buffed off about 6" long...
