I’ve been a little unsatisfied at the lack of communication so far. When I used you guys in the past, communication was great, but this recent experience has left me wondering and waiting and chasing details about my car. I also am concerned with my car being shipped to another location, than the one I dropped it off at, has not really expedited the process, but slowed it down.
