I wanted you to know that I have been so appreciative of the professionalism of all of your employees. I have been especially impressed with my agenr, the gentleman who answers your phone and greets customers. She has been so helpful and pleasant to me when I have dropped off my car or come in for an estimate. Because of various circumstances (my latest being rental issues before picking the car up), I have had to make numerous trips to Dynamic during the repair process. Guest reception always remembers my name and is helpful in every aspect of the work I need to have done. I thought you would like to know that the team did a grey job of finishing my work before the deadline. On the day of pickup, I had to catch a flight and they were able to put the monotonous repair process to an end by staying after closing to wait for me. Thank you very much
