First and for most, the staff is very friendly with wonderful personalities. They make u feel welcomed. They seem to care greatly about your concerns. The location is great, and even more superb with Enterprises on the premises. Would definitely come back.

The customer service was excellent. Every person I came in contact was professional. Cureteous and very friendly. I could not have been more pleased and impressed. However they are being trained it works and your employees should be thanked.

The car looks great, it was even cleaned up nicely on the inside which I didn't expect since it was pretty dirty when it was dropped off for repair. The fact that I was able to pick up and return the rental car on the premises was a great convenience also. Would be happy to recommend you.

Starting with the reception. When I walked into Dynamic I didn't know what to expect. I was warmly welcomed and the felt like I knew knew them. By the time I left, I felt comfortable with leaving my car, my baby. When they called to let me know that my car was ready, I couldn't wait to see her, get into her, my car. Again. I was greeted warmly. I was taken to go see my car. I was so excited. The young man from reception, went over all of the repairs that had been done. Oh, I forgot to mention The messaging sent to me for updates. Even though we communicated by text message, I responded back and they always responded back my response. My car looks amazing and they even cleaned the inside for me. That was a added plus. After I left with my car, the next day Dynamic sent me another email confirming my pickup. That was also via text message. So I responded back to tell them thank you and for letting them know how appreciative I was for their help. They responded back to say thank you and they would let the technicians know. I'm so impressed with them. You wouldn't have ever thought of this being a collision/body shop.
