Went to pick up car today and the drivers side passenger door molding was sticking out and had several scratches on it. Only a very small part of the door was damaged, but I think that door looks worse than when I brought it in. I had already returned the rental car and now I will have to go back to Abra to have it fixed. Talked to someone there who apologized and said I could bring it back, but as a mom of 4 kids, finding time to get it back in will be difficult.

Bumper repair looks great, but the alignment of the bumper is terrible. There is a large gap between the bumper and front pannel on driver side. Passenger side bumper is not in alignment with front pannel profile.
