My experience was great- from start to finish. I was scheduled for an estimate appointment the same day that I called, and was able to bring my car in a week later to start repairs. (I came in mid-week for estimate and there was also the July 4th holiday.) Robert, my service advisor, called me two days later to let me know that additional damage was found during the tear down process, which meant additional parts needed to be ordered, and he gave me a new estimate for when repairs would be completed given that there was more damage than originally thought. I got a call four days later that my car ready-- it was even completed a day earlier than I was originally told! During pick up, Robert explained the estimate, showed me the repaired parts, and my car had been washed and looked brand new. Overall, I was so pleased with my experience with AutoNation Collision. Everyone was so friendly and professional, kept me informed, and the repairs look fantastic. You can't even tell the damage existed! I also liked the fact they are located next door to a Hertz rental car location which made pick up and drop off of my rental car so quick and easy. Thank you for a great experience!!!
