Your automated notification system is weak. Got interminate information but nothing toward the completion. Disappointed when I was called to be told that my car was ready and upon arriving at the dealership was told that the car wasn't there. Ended up driving to your body shop to get my car.

Your team should give a more accurate due date/completion date. I thought I had another week of driving my rental car and had put a full tank of gas in my rental the day before I was called and told my car was done. If you gave better estimates customers could measure their rental car gas usage better and not waste money.
