I do understand that the Watson Rd location was busy, I would have liked a little more communication from them. When I dropped my car off at 10 am, I was told I would get a call on a couple of hours. I never did get a call. I had to call later that day to see what was going on. Then was told it would be the next day. The next day I called after not hearing anything in 30 hours. They then told me they flatbed my car to the O'Fallon Illinois location. Thank goodness for Angel at that locaton. She was absolutely amazing. Very informative. Kept me up to date on everything they did to my vehicle.
