I am thrilled with the ease of the experience- the collaboration with rental car companies and detailing (which I did not expect) were great touches. Text updates were appreciated and the whole repair was much faster than I had anticipated. Getting my car keyed was a frustrating experience so it’s great to be able to put it behind me and move on with a positive experience and a car that looks almost new again.
