I pointed out some areas that needed attention surrounding the work, and I perceived a really cavalier attitude about my concerns. There were a couple nicks and paint on the mirror I noticed initially. The agent reluctantly addressed the paint issue, and indicated that the insurance company did not pay for the nicks. The next morning I noticed bold stains that were missed, and the agent indicated that I should have the car washed. I responded that I thought that should have been corrected during the repair process. He indicated that there was nothing he was going to do about now, 11:15 on Saturday, but I can bring it back before 5:30pm during the week and have it looked at.
