I was told to remove belongings, but unfortunately I forgot to remove my Ray-Ban sunglasses from the upper holder, and when my car was returned they were no where to be found. I am very saddened that someone would take property that is not theirs, it shows they have poor character and do not benefit our current society. I am a strong believer of "what goes around, comes around"! I hope whoever stole my sunglasses during this repairs receives worse karma in the future.

My car took too much time to repair a week after Due date and the job was not done. Took it to B M W to try to fix after body work because your company could not fix the problem. And they made a pig problem in the wire could not fix and it will cost thousands of dollors to fix. I am calling Prince Willian County Police to file a Claim and investigation about your Staff. It is really sad that you have staff can do these things to people car and they think they can get away with it. My Lawyer will be notified if this problem not fixed proper. That is all I want. I can see it. We will be going to court.
